Alex Park

Alex Park serves as a gateway to downtown Rochester, NY, connecting some of the city’s most popular streets, including Park, East, and Monroe Avenues. The area is surrounded by numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, salons, and shops—just a stone’s throw from downtown.

Buckingham Properties is currently developing an eight-acre site on Alexander Street between Park and Monroe Avenues. This mixed-use project includes new retail and office buildings in addition to over 400 apartments, including micro-units. Central Rock Gym, a 20,000 square foot retail anchor opened in March 2019. Construction of a 70,000 square foot, four-story building, anchored by Mindex Technologies is complete and onsite.
