KEN GLAZER

Chairman & CEO

Ken’s vision steers Buckingham’s success with a focus on building partnerships, enhancing our community, and growing the business. His architectural background aids this vision for Rochester and his passion to make Buckingham Properties the best it can be is a driving force for everyone on the team.

BILL SONDERICKER

President

Bill works collaboratively with all members of the Senior Management Team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company with an emphasis on leasing, financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

AARON MALBONE

Vice President of Construction and Development, Partner

With 25+ years of experience, Aaron oversees all major development projects, and well as provides executive oversight for the construction and facilities departments. He has a degree in Architectural Engineering from Alfred State University and extensive knowledge in evaluating building systems such as mechanical systems, infrastructures, existing conditions, and suitability for projects of all sizes.

TOM LATTA

Vice President of Leasing and Tenant Relations, Partner

Tom is committed to building relationships and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our tenants. He leads our in-house leasing team with 25+ years of experience, a wealth of property knowledge, and his NYS Real Estate Brokers License.

RICK GLAZER

Partner

Rick has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, having started his career in commercial leasing over a decade ago. Rick has worked with hundreds of tenants, specializing in office and retail users, and now serves as a Partner of the company.

ALEX GALES

Senior Director of Facilities

Alex oversees Buckingham’s facilities department, providing expert operational leadership. He has 30+ years of facilities experience with extensive building operations knowledge.

KYLE INGALLS

Senior Director of Finance

Kyle is head of our Finance Department. He leads the planning, directing and supervising of all Buckingham Properties’ financial affairs including financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and tax compliance.

CHRIS LEISTMAN

Director of Safety and Risk Management

Chris maintains the health and safety program for Buckingham, including oversight of life safety inspections and risk management of the portfolio. He is responsible for the maintenance and compliance of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency power and lighting systems, and overall safety. Buckingham Properties’ Most Tenured Employee – 30+ Years!

CHAD MANSFIELD

Director of Construction Services

Chad’s expertise in the construction trades and his 21 years of knowledge and experience have perfectly positioned him to oversee all facets of our construction projects and in-house team.

SARA WURZER

Director of Residential Leasing

As a dedicated leader with over twelve years of experience managing mixed use and multi family, Sara oversees our Residential Leasing Department and small office operations. Her passion for the Real Estate industry and strong work ethic translates into the highest level of tenant care and a desire to see her team excel. Sara is also a member of IREM holding her ARM® designation.

DEVIN ANDRIEU

Director of Marketing

As head of our Marketing Department with over seven years of experience in the field, Devin orchestrates a diverse array of responsibilities encompassing branding, promotion, company events, employee engagement, social media, graphic design, public relations, and more. She has a passion for creativity and unlocking the voice within a brand for cohesive company messaging.

LEN SCHLOER

Director

Len oversees the day-to-day facilities operations of the Tower District including Legacy Tower, Tower280, and 260 East Broad, as well as the Buckingham Properties managed parking garages.

DANIEL COSTELLO

Director of Administrative Services

Dan oversees our day-to-day operations as well as our Administration and Human Resources departments here at Buckingham Properties. With a strong background in recruiting, Dan helps to bring in top talent for our growing organization.

ADAM BORRELL

Senior Leasing Executive

With more than a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Adam works tirelessly providing the best possible experience for industrial and office tenants within the Buckingham portfolio.

ALEX PROPER

Accounting Manager

With seven years of accounting experience, Alex is our Senior Director of Finance’s right hand man. He oversees the team’s progress to ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and tax compliance.

OLIVIA GRETH

Community Manager

Olivia is an ARM® designated Community Manager for Buckingham Properties’ Luxury Portfolio including Tower280, 260 East Broad, The Residences at Alex Park, Buckingham Commons, and Edge of the Wedge. She is devoted to curating an outstanding experience for our tenants and continuously looks for new ways to support her team.

KAMILAH CURTIS

Leasing & Tenant Relations

Kamilah is a Leasing Agent for several of our properties including: The Lofts at Michaels-Stern, Industrie Lofts, Riverview Lofts, Water Street Commons, and Alexander Properties of Rochester.
