This latest acquisition represents Buckingham Properties’ ongoing commitment to expanding and diversifying its real estate portfolio in the Greater Rochester area.

The tenant at 65 Vantage Point Drive is Loomis Armored US, a nationwide leader in cash handling and management services. Loomis has occupied the facility since 1993, playing a critical role in the area’s business landscape. The facility also underwent a significant expansion in 2015 to accommodate the company’s growth and operational needs.
