Meet Bianca Cammilleri, our Senior Accountant!

Bianca has been an integral part of Buckingham Properties for about three years, and no two days are ever the same in her role. From entering leases and managing utility chargebacks to preparing tax workbooks and overseeing payroll chargebacks, Bianca’s day-to-day tasks are varied and ever-evolving. She also spends a lot of time diving into detailed financial analysis to ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Around here, Bianca has earned the title of Financial Detective. With a sharp eye for detail and a knack for uncovering hidden funds and cost-saving opportunities, she’s helped improve the efficiency of many of our finance department processes.

She reports directly to CFO Kyle Ingalls, who became a mentor to her when he joined the team. With his guidance, she set a plan to achieve her goals, leading to her well-earned promotion from Financial Analyst to Senior Accountant. Kyle pushes her to be her best every day, and she’s grateful for the growth she’s experienced under his leadership.

For Bianca, working at Buckingham Properties comes full circle whenever she sees our logo around downtown Rochester—especially when she’s at The Lucky Flea. She loves the way Buckingham is involved in the community and is proud of the positive impact the company has had on downtown development. Knowing that her work helps support that growth makes it all the more meaningful.

One key lesson Bianca has learned during her time at Buckingham is the importance of embracing mistakes as learning opportunities. “You won’t get better unless you try,” she says, a mindset that has helped her grow and evolve in her career.

Outside the office, Bianca loves spending time with her boyfriend, Ryan, her two dogs, Scooter and Sky, and her friends and family. She’s also been hard at work on a recipe book (which we’re all hoping to get a sneak peek of one day).
