With 25+ years of experience, Aaron oversees all major development projects, and well as provides executive oversight for the construction and facilities departments. He has a degree in Architectural Engineering from Alfred State University and extensive knowledge in evaluating building systems such as mechanical systems, infrastructures, existing conditions, and suitability for projects of all sizes.

Tom is committed to building relationships and dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our tenants. He leads our in-house leasing team with 25+ years of experience, a wealth of property knowledge, and his NYS Real Estate Brokers License.

Chief Financial Officer
Kyle is head of our Finance Department, overseeing all financial operations, developing strategies to drive growth, and ensuring the financial health of our company through financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and tax compliance.

Chris maintains the health and safety program for Buckingham, including oversight of life safety inspections and risk management of the portfolio. He is responsible for the maintenance and compliance of fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, emergency power and lighting systems, and overall safety. As head of our Marketing Department with over seven years of experience in the field, Devin orchestrates a diverse array of responsibilities encompassing branding, promotion, company events, employee engagement, social media, graphic design, public relations, and more. She has a passion for creativity and unlocking the voice within a brand for cohesive company messaging.

Len oversees the day-to-day facilities operations of the Tower District including Legacy Tower, Tower280, and 260 East Broad, as well as the Buckingham Properties managed parking garages.
