As the company transitioned to new ownership, her role evolved from receptionist to Client Services Coordinator, and eventually to Property Administrator. Guided into this position, Cynthia has developed a profound passion for the administrative aspects of her role. She excels in customer service, working closely with the maintenance team to meet and exceed customer needs. Cynthia emphasizes that effective customer service can begin with something as simple as a phone call, and her dedication to this principle has made a significant impact. She is a true people person who loves working with others and values the importance of teamwork. Her mother, a single parent, provided a stable upbringing, while her great-grandmother influenced her style and demeanor. Professionally, Cynthia looks up to Ken, a former colleague who instilled in her a go-getter attitude. She embraces a hands-on approach, always willing to assist with any task, no matter how small. She is never above assisting with housekeeping and other daily tasks, if she is able to do it she will jump right in and help wherever she can. This willingness to jump in and help wherever it is needed is a testament to her commitment to teamwork and excellence.
